In the first division basketball team's visit to its factories, Glenor company provided an opportunity for the players and technical staff to get to know more about the production process of the company's products. Being in the production lines, talking with the employees and visiting the production process helped to strengthen the bond between the sports team and the industrial complex.

Glenor company's first division basketball team, in order to strengthen the solidarity between the sports team and the industrial complex covered by the company, went to different parts of Glenor's factories to get to know closely the production process, structure and organizational culture of this complex. This visit, which was planned with the presence of all the players, members of the technical staff and sports management of the club, provided an opportunity for the sports team to leave the specialized space of the factory and enter an environment where millions of units of lighting products are designed and produced daily.


At the beginning of the visit, the players and coaches gathered in the reception hall of the factory and the senior managers of Glenor company welcomed them, while introducing the decades-long history of the company, explaining the technical characteristics, the area of ​​the factory and the number of employees. Then the group entered the first stage of the industrial tour together with Mr. Alireza Najafi, the technical director of the club, and Maziar Moqdadi, one of the trainers of the basic levels. At this stage, the players were introduced to different parts of production, from injection of parts, painting, assembly, quality control laboratory and packaging; Technical explanations were provided about how to comply with international standards, high precision control and the use of new technologies in the production of products, which was a different and educational experience for the sports team.


In the middle of the visit, the players met with the workshop staff They had the opportunity to talk face-to-face with the technicians and engineers of the factory and ask their questions: from production challenges to the company's solutions to improve productivity and improve quality. These conversations created a space to make the connection between the world of sports and industry, which are seemingly separate, more tangible; For team members, seeing the process behind the production of lighting equipment was a source of inspiration and motivation to approach their training with a fresh perspective.


The visit ended at the appointed time with the final meeting in the meeting hall of the factory; Glenor company managers, technical staff members and team players sat around the table and heard a short report of the visited sectors, shared and discussed cooperation opportunities between the sports and industrial sectors. In this meeting, the importance of promoting organizational culture, team cooperation, and continuous learning was emphasized, and club and factory managers emphasized long-term interaction.
