Stretching approximately 225 kilometres, the Isfahan–Shiraz Freeway connects the two major historic cities of Isfahan and Shiraz. By reducing travel distance and time while improving traffic safety, it supports a better intercity travel experience.
For this freeway lighting project, Golnoor supplied the lighting equipment. Setareh streetlights were used along the route and at interchanges, while Ariel floodlights were installed for tunnel lighting. Equipment was selected for the needs of each section to provide uniform illumination and suitable conditions for night-time traffic.
Golnoor lighting poles completed the system as an integrated solution for the route. The design and implementation considered environmental conditions, the scale of the project, and freeway operational requirements.
