Newroz International Stadium is one of the leading sports venues in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. With a seating capacity of 14,500 spectators, the stadium is designed to host football competitions and regional sporting events.
Golnoor implemented a dedicated stadium lighting solution using Faraz Stadium Floodlights to provide reliable illumination that meets the operational requirements of a professional football venue.
Project Challenge
Professional stadium lighting requires more than achieving the target illuminance. Lighting uniformity, glare control, beam aiming accuracy and shadow reduction are critical performance factors.
