Execution Challenge

Completed in an Intensive 12-Day Schedule

Pars Stadium in Shiraz, with a capacity of 50,000 spectators, was an intensive project that started on 2025-08-01 and was completed on 2025-08-13.

During this period, all teams—from design and production to installation and procurement—worked around the clock to deliver the project with precise planning, full coordination and high execution speed.

Project Process

From Removing Old Fixtures to Final Lux Measurement

The project process included detailed phasing, removal of existing lighting equipment, installation of 212 floodlights based on DIALux outputs, night-time testing and aiming adjustments, and final lux measurements.

These steps were carried out to bring the playing field to a professional lighting standard and prepare the stadium for hosting football matches.
