Continuing Golnoor's educational and responsibility-driven approach in the country's lighting industry, the training seminar “Introduction to the Foundations of Lighting Engineering and the Development and Application of Lighting in the Building Sector” was held in collaboration with the Golestan Province Building Engineering Organization, Golnoor, and the company's official representative in Gorgan. This program is part of a series of events that Golnoor pursues with the aim of enhancing engineers' technical knowledge, promoting credible standards, and institutionalizing a scientific approach to lighting.
The seminar, attended by a gathering of engineers, designers, and professionals in the building and lighting sectors, created a space to review the latest concepts in lighting engineering and examine national and international standards—a set of topics that Golnoor has pursued for years as one of the core pillars of its specialized activities nationwide.
At the opening of the program, Dr. Karimi, head of the provincial Engineering Organization, emphasized the importance of continuous education, knowledge updating, and constructive interaction between industry and the engineering community—a perspective that aligns precisely with Golnoor's approach across four decades of the company's activity.

This study shows that the use of interplant LED lighting in greenhouses with low natural light can significantly improve the quality and yield of tomatoes.
