Lighting Design for Maskan Bank, Tehran

َAbout Project

Maskan Bank in Tehran is one of the country's prominent administrative and financial buildings, requiring a façade that reflects the institution's professional identity while maintaining a strong visual presence within the urban environment. The façade lighting project was designed to emphasize the architectural character of the building, improve its nighttime appearance, and create a distinctive, elegant visual identity after sunset.

Architectural façade lighting is not simply intended to illuminate the exterior surfaces of a building. It is an integral part of architectural expression, highlighting structural lines, volumes, entrances and key design elements while creating a balanced visual composition that enhances the building's presence in the cityscape.

For this project, the lighting design was carefully developed according to the architectural features of the building. Proper light distribution, controlled brightness and minimized glare allow the façade to remain visually attractive without creating unnecessary light pollution or discomfort for pedestrians and surrounding areas.

The use of modern LED lighting technology provides high energy efficiency, long operational life and reduced maintenance requirements. In addition to lowering electricity consumption, LED luminaires deliver consistent illumination and reliable performance, making them an ideal solution for large administrative and commercial buildings.

The façade lighting project for Maskan Bank in Tehran represents a successful implementation of architectural lighting, combining visual elegance, energy efficiency and modern lighting technologies to strengthen the building's identity and enhance its nighttime architectural appearance.
